The Consultant Benchmarking Exchange brings L&D practitioners together for candid conversations about the work they do, what they’re seeing with clients, and how the consulting market is changing.

These small-group discussions give participants an opportunity to compare experiences, share what they’re learning, and hear perspectives from others doing similar work.

Topics may focus on a specific area of L&D practice such as instructional design, facilitation, organizational development, or change management or on the business of consulting itself.

No presentations. No pitches. Just real insights from people doing the work.
