This our first ever solo Brandon Hall Group HCM Award. Our Silver Brandon Hall Group HCM Award is in the category of Candidate Relationship Management which is very close to our hearts. “We are honored to receive this award particularly because art of our vision statement is to be the “first choice for staffing in Talent Development for consultants”. Being honored for managing the relationships with our consultants well is proof that we are working toward our vision.” 

To help make this vision a reality, we started a Talent Ambassador program to integrate with our existing talent onboarding program. In this program, each consultant joining our talent pool receives a welcome call from our Talent Ambassador. This program has been well received with 100% positive ratings on our surveys and very positive comments from consultants such as “I was not only impressed with the white-glove touch-point introduction to the organization, but the professional and personable nature that Nicole helped me understand company culture and the processes to join the pool of resources. Simply, it made feel that Training Pros supports their people.”  Future enhancements on our Candidate Relationship Management program are in the works to show that we value our talented consultants. 

The Talent Ambassador role was implemented through Nicole Darby, and Michele Carello.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits. Excellence Award winners are scheduled to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, Jan. 31-Feb. 2, 2023, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference. TrainingPros will sponsor this event and several of our Relationship Managers will be present.
