Kirkpatrick Model

The Kirkpatrick Model is a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, encompassing four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results.

Level 1 Evaluation: Reaction

Level 1 evaluation, also known as reaction evaluation, measures learners’ initial reactions and satisfaction with a training program.

Level 2 Evaluation: Learning

Level 2 evaluation, also known as learning evaluation, assesses the extent to which learners have acquired the intended knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

Level 3 Evaluation: Behavior

Level 3 evaluation, also known as behavior evaluation, examines how learners apply their new knowledge and skills in their work environment.

Level 4 Evaluation: Results

Level 4 evaluation, also known as results evaluation, measures the impact of training on organizational outcomes, such as productivity and profitability.
