Connect with other L&D Professionals.

Share what you're seeing. Learn from your peers

Some of the best ideas in learning and development don’t come from presentations. They come from conversations with people who are doing the work, facing similar challenges, and willing to share what they’re learning.

TrainingPros creates opportunities for learning leaders and experienced L&D professionals to connect, compare experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another.

Whether you want to join a peer benchmarking discussion, share your perspective on our podcast, talk through an L&D challenge, or compare experiences with other consultants, there’s a conversation for you.

How would you like to be part of the conversation?

Talk Through an L&D Challenge

(For Learning Leaders & L&D Teams)

Can I talk with someone about an L&D challenge?

Absolutely.

Sometimes you don’t need a sales pitch. You need someone who understands L&D to help you think through a problem.

TrainingPros Relationship Managers are experienced L&D professionals who spend their days talking with learning leaders and seeing how organizations are approaching talent, capacity, technology, learning strategy, and other L&D challenges.

Maybe you’re deciding what expertise you need. Maybe your team has more work than capacity. Maybe you’re trying to determine whether the answer is training at all.

Bring us something you’re working through. We’ll compare notes.

What Are Learning Leaders and
L&D Consultants Talking About?

Our conversations reflect the issues L&D professionals are working through right now. Topics change as the profession and the needs of organizations change.

Here are some of the areas we’re exploring:

How AI is changing Learning and Development

How is AI changing L&D roles, workflows, content development, and expectations from the business? Where are organizations experimenting, and where is AI becoming part of everyday work?

The Evolving Role of Instructional Designers

When almost anyone can create learning content with AI, where does instructional design expertise create value? How are the role and expectations of instructional designers changing?

L&D Team Structure and Skills

How are learning and development teams evolving? What work is disappearing, what new responsibilities are emerging, and what capabilities will L&D teams need next?

Learning Technology

How are organizations evaluating learning platforms, AI tools, simulations, and other learning technologies? How are leaders deciding what belongs in their learning technology stack?

Leadership Development

What are organizations changing about leadership development? Which approaches are producing results, and where are traditional programs falling short?

Sales Enablement

How are organizations helping sales teams build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to perform? What are learning leaders changing about sales onboarding, product training, coaching, and ongoing enablement—and how are they connecting those efforts to sales performance?

The Changing L&D Consulting Market

What are clients asking consultants to do? How are expectations changing? Which capabilities are becoming more important as AI and technology change how L&D work gets done?

L&D Leadership Career Transitions

What is the job market like for experienced learning leaders? How are leaders navigating a career transition, positioning their experience, building relationships, and finding their next opportunity? What are peers seeing and learning as they search?

Have something else on your mind?

Our best conversations often start with the questions L&D teams bring to us.
