ILT (Instructor-Led Training)

Instructor-led training (ILT) is a traditional and widely used method of education in which an instructor delivers content, guides discussions, and facilitates learning within a structured classroom setting. This approach provides learners with the opportunity to engage directly with the instructor and their peers, allowing for real-time interaction, immediate feedback, and personalized instruction.
