A webinar, also known as vILT, n the context of corporate training is a live, online seminar or workshop conducted over the internet, where participants can join from various locations to engage in training sessions, presentations, or discussions. Webinars are designed to deliver educational content, facilitate learning, and provide opportunities for interaction between the presenter(s) and participants through features like Q&A sessions, polls, chat, and screen sharing. They are an effective tool for delivering training to a geographically dispersed workforce, enabling real-time communication and knowledge sharing without the need for physical presence.
