Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) is a form of online education where an instructor facilitates a training session in real-time through a virtual platform. Unlike self-paced eLearning, VILT mimics the experience of a traditional classroom setting by allowing participants to interact with the instructor and fellow learners through video conferencing, chat, polls, breakout rooms, and other collaborative tools. VILT enables learners to engage in discussions, ask questions, and receive immediate feedback, all from remote locations, making it a flexible and accessible option for delivering training across geographically dispersed teams.

VILT is particularly valuable for organizations looking to provide interactive, instructor-led training without the constraints of travel and physical classrooms. It combines the benefits of live instruction with the convenience of online learning, offering a dynamic and engaging learning experience that can be tailored to a wide range of topics and audiences.
