Baby Boomer

Baby Boomers are individuals born between approximately 1946 and 1964, a period marked by a significant increase in birth rates following World War II. This generation has experienced significant social, economic, and technological changes throughout their lives, shaping their values, work ethic, and perspectives. As of today, Baby Boomers are typically in their early 60’s to late-70s and often hold senior positions in the workforce or are transitioning into retirement.

Preferred Learning Format: Baby Boomers prefer traditional learning formats such as ILT.
