Generation Z, also known as Gen Z or Zoomers, refers to individuals born approximately between 1997 and 2012. This generation is the first to grow up in a fully digital world, with the internet, smartphones, and social media being integral parts of their daily lives from a very young age. As digital natives, Generation Z is highly connected, socially aware, and values authenticity and diversity. They are currently entering the workforce, with the oldest members in their mid-20s. Generation Z is known for their pragmatic approach to life, desire for stability, and strong emphasis on personal and professional development.
Communication Style: Generation Z prefers communication that is concise, visual, and to the point.
Preferred Learning Format: Generation Z prefers digital and online learning environments. They prefer self-directed learning, gamification, collaborative learning, and microlearning.
