  • Manager Participation: General managers attended training alongside housekeeping supervisors, ensuring alignment in leadership and coaching approaches.
  • Extended Mentorship & Follow-Up: After completing the initial two-day training, participants received three months of continued mentorship, including: 
    • Monthly webinars and quizzes tracked through the company’s learning management system.
    • One-on-one mentorship calls for an assigned trainer to reinforce leadership skills.
    • A “legacy” mentorship model, where past graduates returned as facilitators for future sessions.

The Result

The program led to significant operational improvements, including:

  • 0.6% increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS)—indicating a higher level of guest satisfaction.
