TrainingPros Hosts Premier Executive Roundtable Breakfast with Josh Cavalier in Atlanta
On January 30, 2026, TrainingPros hosted one of its most well-attended Executive Roundtable Breakfasts in Atlanta, welcoming 80 learning leaders from across industries for a morning dedicated to thoughtful conversation, peer connection, and future-focused insight.
This Executive Roundtable is part of a long-standing tradition for TrainingPros. We have been offering these invitation-only breakfasts annually for nearly 20 years, and they have become widely regarded as a “can’t miss” event for learning leaders in Atlanta. While we host similar roundtables in other cities, the Atlanta breakfast remains our premier event, consistently drawing senior leaders who value candid discussion, practical takeaways, and time with peers who understand the complexity of modern L&D.
Guests arrived early to enjoy breakfast and networking before settling in for a deep-dive session with Josh Cavalier, a leading voice in AI and learning innovation. Each participant received a copy of Josh’s book, setting the stage for a rich and engaging experience.
Josh’s session, AI-Ready L&D: Building the Human-Machine Performance Function, included 90 minutes of facilitated discussion followed by an additional 20 minutes of audience Q&A. The conversation centered on present-day concerns facing learning organizations: how L&D teams are using AI today, where experimentation is happening, and what leaders should be preparing for next.
Themes throughout the discussion was the evolution of instructional design from a primary focus on content creation to data-driven performance orchestration. Josh explored how increased access to organizational data allows L&D to become more relevant and more aligned to business outcomes, and he challenged leaders to consider how data scientists are increasingly becoming a critical part of larger learning teams. He also demonstrated practical tools and examples that attendees could experiment with on their own, sparking lively discussion throughout the room.
