TrainingPros is thrilled to announce that our industry-expert Relationship Manager, Chenier Mershon, has been elected President-Elect of the ATD Dallas Chapter. This honor recognizes Chenier’s outstanding contributions to the chapter and her dedication to advancing the field of learning and development. As President-Elect in 2025, Chenier will continue to support the chapter’s initiatives, while she prepares to step into the role of Chapter President in 2026.  

Chenier’s involvement with ATD Dallas spans two years on the programming committee, including serving as the 2024 Vice President of Programming. In this role, she led her team to organize an impressive array of events aimed at fostering professional growth and meaningful connections within the learning community.  

2024 ATD Dallas Programs Highlights  

Under Chenier’s leadership, the programming committee orchestrated a dynamic lineup of chapter meetings and networking events:

• August: Transforming the Learning Culture: Design Thinking and Modern Workplace Learning – Hosted by Children’s Health.  
• October: Building a Culture of Creative Problem Solvers in the Age of AI with MasterClass at Work – Hosted by Christus Health.  
• December: Delivering Impactful Learning Programs – Hosted by Topgolf.  

The programming team also organized three happy hour events to foster networking and connection among Dallas learning and development professionals.
