TrainingPros Sponsors ATD Rocky Mountain’s Conference for Third Consecutive Year
October 8, 2026 –
TrainingPros was proud to sponsor the ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter’s annual conference, Clarity in the Clouds, for the third consecutive year. The event brought together Learning & Development (L&D) professionals to explore how learning leaders can navigate uncertainty, embrace innovation, and bring greater clarity to an increasingly complex workplace.
Interest in the conference was strong, with attendance capped at 135 participants and a waiting list of professionals eager to join the conversation.
The conference opened with a keynote presentation by Ashley Seeley, Disrupt Everything: Innovate for Impact. Seeley challenged attendees to consider the positive side of disruption and how greater awareness of change can create opportunities to innovate and make a meaningful impact.
Nine breakout sessions expanded on the conference theme, exploring several important areas shaping the future of Learning & Development.
Leadership and Decision-Making in Uncertain Times
Several sessions focused on helping leaders navigate complexity, ask better questions, and make thoughtful decisions when clear answers aren’t available. Speakers explored psychological capital, maintaining focus amid competing priorities, and using constructive disagreement to improve decision-making.
Innovation, Adaptability, and Strategic Agility
Another theme centered on responding productively to disruption. Through practical frameworks and interactive experiences, participants explored ways to build adaptability, navigate organizational change, and turn uncertainty into opportunities for innovation and growth.
Artificial Intelligence and the Evolving Workforce
AI was also part of the conversation, with sessions addressing what it means to build an AI-ready workforce and how AI-assisted tools can help trainers prepare more efficiently. These discussions reflected the growing need for L&D professionals to understand both the human and technological dimensions of workplace transformation.
Creating Space for Learning Leaders to Connect
In addition to sponsoring the conference, TrainingPros’ Relationship Manager Tracy Dee Lufkin hosted a 30-minute lunchtime conversation with nine L&D leaders representing a variety of industries. The informal discussion provided an opportunity for participants to exchange perspectives on current challenges, emerging priorities, and topics top of mind for today’s learning leaders.
The gathering reflected TrainingPros’ commitment to creating opportunities for L&D professionals to connect with peers, share experiences, and learn from one another.
Supporting the Rocky Mountain L&D Community
TrainingPros values its longstanding relationships with ATD chapters across the country and the important role these organizations play in strengthening the Learning & Development profession.
By sponsoring Clarity in the Clouds for the third consecutive year, TrainingPros continued its support for the Rocky Mountain L&D community and the exchange of ideas that helps learning professionals grow, adapt, and deliver greater value to their organizations.
