TrainingPros Attends Learning Guild’s DevLearn 2025 in Las Vegas
DevLearn returned to Las Vegas November 11-13, 2025 with a star-studded lineup and some of the most recognizable voices in learning and development. This year’s event brought together thousands of practitioners for three days of cutting-edge sessions, hands-on demos, and future-focused conversations about where our industry is headed.
Industry Influencers Take the Stage
Sessions were led by many of today’s most respected thought leaders, including Brandon Carson, Josh Cavalier, Markus Bernhardt, Christy Tucker, Megan Torrance, Debbie Richards, Clark Quinn, Cara North, Sarah Mercier, Julie Dirksen, and Jane Bozarth.
The keynote lineup was especially notable this year:
- Dr. Keith Keating, author of Hidden Value and The Trusted Learning Advisor, delivered his signature keynote “Evolve (or Else)” on the urgency of adapting learning organizations for the future. - Yulia Barnakova, Accenture, inspired the audience with “Architecting What’s Next: How L&D Can Lead in the Age of AI,” outlining how learning teams can shape enterprise transformation with thoughtful AI innovation.
A Massive Expo and Experience Rooms
DevLearn continues to host one of the largest vendor expos in the industry, with more than 175 exhibitors this year. Attendees explored new authoring tools, platforms, immersive technologies, learning analytics solutions, and more. The popular Experience Rooms returned as well, offering deeper hands-on interactions with the latest offerings from major vendors.
DemoFest Highlights
This year’s DemoFest brought 30 demonstrations, including topics such as AI-powered onboarding programs and even hybrid video musicals for compliance training—showing just how creative and experimental learning design has become.
