What types of consultants get the most assignments?

TrainingPros consultants who work on contracts most often generally have the following qualifications:

  • Diligent about communicating their availability for projects to TrainingPros
  • 10 – 15 years of industry experience
  • Academic credentials and/or certifications tied to their area of expertise
  • Minimum of five years of contract experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good self management skills
  • Adept with the various tools or technologies inherent to their area of expertise
  • Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible and adaptive to the client’s work style and corporate culture

What's the process for getting contract work?

After you register with TrainingPros on our site, a relationship manager will speak with you to learn more about your experience, the types of projects you enjoy, and the compensation you’re looking for. Then, when we find the right project for you, we will call you.

Are TrainingPros consultants hired as full time employees?

TrainingPros contracts with L&D consultants on a project basis, and they are paid as vendors on a 1099 or corp-to-corp basis.

Does TrainingPros offer benefits?

No. Our talented consultants are considered contract vendors, not TrainingPros employees, so we are not able to provide benefits.
