The engaging presentation drew a large crowd and sparked meaningful conversations about embracing failure as a path to innovation and success.
Ahead of the official conference, Leigh Anne Lankford attended a pre-conference, day-long workshop titled, “A Learning Leader’s Guide to AI.” The workshop featured several industry influencers who shared insights on the potential and perils of AI as it reshapes the workplace and the future of learning. “The session was eye-opening,” said Lankford. “It offered a balanced view of how AI can transform learning and development, as well as the challenges we need to navigate responsibly.”
The conference was headlined by two inspirational keynote speakers.
