Women in Leadership Summit
On November 19, 2025, dozens of women leaders gathered at the Brandon Hall Group Women in Leadership Summit for a full day of inspiration, connection, and candid conversations about leadership, inclusion, and the future of work. This year’s summit brought together an impressive lineup of speakers and panelists from organizations across the country. Leaders shared their experiences on navigating change, building inclusive cultures, and advancing careers with intention. From the opening remarks by Rachel Cooke, COO of Brandon Hall Group, to the thoughtful closing circle, the energy in the room reflected both momentum and community.
A Day Filled with Leadership Insights
The agenda moved through a powerful series of sessions, including:

- Coffee with Your Younger Self, featuring real talk and reflection from senior leaders at Bank of America and Haskell
- Women as Architects of Culture, Innovation & Empathy, where attendees learned the SEE model—Seek to Understand, Empathize, Elevate
- Leading Forward: Power, Purpose, and Positioning in an AI-Driven World, exploring how women can shape the future of leadership
- Progressing in Your Career Without Burnout, a timely and relatable discussion
- Driving Business Impact Through Inclusive Leadership, where TrainingPros’ own Kara Kirby took the stage and connected with the audience through honest, inclusive leadership insights
DevLearn continues to host one of the largest vendor expos in the industry, with more than 175 exhibitors this year. Attendees explored new authoring tools, platforms, immersive technologies, learning analytics solutions, and more. The popular Experience Rooms returned as well, offering deeper hands-on interactions with the latest offerings from major vendors.
A Standout Moment: The Gratitude Tree
During the “Coffee with Your Younger Self” session, participants were invited to write a message on a leaf, something their younger selves would be proud of or grateful for today. Those messages were placed on a Gratitude Tree, creating a beautiful visual reminder of growth, resilience, and reflection.
Our Commitment to Community

As part of our sponsorship, we made a pledge that every one-on-one conversation at the summit would result in a hygiene kit donated to a local homeless shelter. Participants were invited to write personal notes of encouragement to accompany each kit, adding a thoughtful, human touch.
