TrainingPros Hosts 2nd Annual Executive Roundtable in Dallas
An invitation-only thank-you event for our learning leader community
On November 7th, 2025, TrainingPros welcomed several dozen learning leaders to our 2nd annual Executive Roundtable in Dallas, an invitation-only breakfast created as a thank-you to our clients and the leaders we serve. As a woman-owned learning and development contract staffing company, we’re proud to host a space where executives can connect, share ideas, and learn from one another.
Guests arrived to a warm breakfast and unhurried networking time. Before the program even began, the room was buzzing with conversations as leaders shared what was happening inside their learning organizations and compared notes with peers across industries.
A Spotlight on “Evolve—or Else!” with Dr. Keith Keating
Our keynote speaker, Dr. Keith Keating, delivered a dynamic talk titled “Evolve—or Else!”, captivating the audience with his message about the rapidly changing landscape of organizational learning. The intimate setting offered plenty of opportunities for dialogue, and leaders took full advantage asking thoughtful questions and diving deeper into the future of the field.
After the session, many attendees stayed to continue conversations or have Dr. Keating sign their complimentary copy of Hidden Value: How to Reveal the Impact of Organizational Learning. A few selfies captured the moment as well.
