The Need

The financial services company embarked on this journey in 2019, when their executive leadership team allocated budget to develop a comprehensive leadership and talent program. The goal was clear: address evolving business needs and cultivate leadership at all levels—frontline, senior, and executive. With over 500 senior leaders benefiting from the program, it has played a transformative role in reshaping leadership within the organization, equipping leaders with critical skills to drive growth and navigating a rapidly changing landscape.

The Solution

Designed for seasoned leaders, the program is an advanced, self-directed virtual learning experience that integrates the company’s culture with strategic leadership goals. It combines structured learning modules with continuous learning opportunities, allowing leaders to apply their skills in real-world situations. TrainingPros, the design partner, played a pivotal role in customizing the program and ensuring its alignment with the company’s objectives.

Notable design elements included virtual classroom sessions, 360-degree assessments, and strong executive support. The program’s flexibility also stood out, allowing participants to miss up to three sessions while maintaining their engagement.

The Result

The program’s results speak volumes. Through three of the four levels of Kirkpatrick’s evaluation, the initiative achieved an impressive Net Promoter Score of 87%, with 97% of participants finding the content highly relevant. Pre- and post-program assessments demonstrated significant skill improvements, while post-program feedback revealed tangible behavioral changes among participants.
