TrainingPros Recognized as a 2025 Champion of Learning by ATD
TrainingPros is proud to announce that we have been recognized as a 2025 Champion of Learning by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) for our participation in Employee Learning Week, held December 1–5, 2025.
Employee Learning Week is an international initiative led by ATD that celebrates the importance of workplace learning and encourages organizations to recognize and support the professional development of employees. Organizations that actively promote learning during the week may receive Champion of Learning recognition for their contributions to the learning and development community.
As a company dedicated to supporting learning and development professionals, TrainingPros was honored to participate once again and help promote the value of continuous learning.
What Is Employee Learning Week?
Employee Learning Week highlights the impact that learning and development initiatives have on individuals, organizations, and communities. Each year, companies around the world organize activities that encourage professional development, knowledge sharing, and recognition of those who contribute to workplace learning.
Through Employee Learning Week, ATD encourages organizations to promote learning through activities such as knowledge sharing, recognition programs, learning resources, and social engagement that support ongoing professional growth.
How TrainingPros Celebrated Employee Learning Week
Throughout the week, TrainingPros organized several activities designed to support our consultants and highlight the importance of professional development within the learning and development community.
Consultant Learning Resources
TrainingPros distributed a special Employee Learning Week newsletter to consultants in our network that included curated learning tracks for learning and development professionals. The resources covered topics such as strategy, innovation, consulting, and tools and tech shaping the future of workplace learning.
These learning tracks were designed to support the ongoing development of instructional design consultants, facilitators, and learning professionals working across a variety of industries.
Consultant Recognition and Giveaways
Our Relationship Managers nominated consultants who demonstrated exceptional service to their clients during the past year. Selected consultants received recognition and special giveaways as a thank-you for their commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions.
Consultant recognition is an important part of our culture at TrainingPros. The expertise and dedication of our consultants are what allow organizations to successfully implement learning initiatives and scale their training programs.
Continuing Our Environmental Commitment
During Employee Learning Week, TrainingPros also continued our tradition of planting trees in honor of our consultants, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and community impact.
This initiative reflects our belief that organizations can support both professional development and environmental stewardship at the same time. To date, we have planted 5500 trees in the world.
Daily Learning Tips on Social Media
Throughout the week, TrainingPros shared daily learning tips across our social media channels, using the official Employee Learning Week hashtag and logo to participate in the global conversation about workplace learning.
These posts focused on practical ideas for learning professionals, including instructional design tips, facilitation strategies, and insights into emerging trends in corporate learning.
Promoting Learning Across Our Digital Channels
TrainingPros also promoted Employee Learning Week across our digital platforms, encouraging both corporate learning leaders and independent consultants to take time for professional development and knowledge sharing.
Our goal was to highlight the many ways learning professionals can continue building their expertise while supporting their organizations’ training initiatives.
Supporting the L&D Community
Employee Learning Week also aligns with several ongoing initiatives that TrainingPros supports throughout the year.
These include:
- Continuing production of the Learning Leader Spotlight Podcast, where learning executives share insights about leadership development, learning strategy, and innovation in corporate training.
- Sponsoring and volunteering with local ATD chapters across the United States.
- Connecting organizations with experienced learning and development consultants who help design, develop, and deliver impactful training solutions.
These activities reflect TrainingPros’ long-standing commitment to supporting the broader learning and development profession.
Continuing Our Commitment to Learning
TrainingPros is honored to once again be recognized as a Champion of Learning. Employee Learning Week serves as an important reminder of the role that learning professionals play in helping organizations grow, adapt, and succeed.
For nearly three decades, TrainingPros has supported organizations by providing experienced instructional design consultants, facilitators, eLearning developers, and learning strategists who help companies move learning initiatives forward.
