The Result

The senior leadership development program achieved notable success:

  • Level 1 Reaction: The program achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 44%, surpassing the goal of 30%.
  • Level 2 Learning: High engagement was evidenced by the number of unique user downloads of digital assets and participation in eLearning courses and workshops.
  • Level 3 Behavior: Leaders applied their learning through practical tasks to diagnose and build their teams.

Participation in the program was mandatory, with leaders required to complete at least six out of nine scholar-led workshops. The program received strong executive support and positive feedback from participants due to its diverse content and delivery methods.

Key Findings and Future Outlook

Custom-building the program in-house ensured it was highly relevant to the organization’s values and needs, a crucial factor for long-term success.
