This marks the fourth consecutive year that TrainingPros has supported this important event, underscoring its commitment to the growth and development of the local L&D (Learning and Development) community.

This popular annual summit attracts industry professionals from across the region, providing a platform for learning, networking, and sharing innovative ideas. 

TrainingPros was represented by Chenier Mershon, our award-winning Dallas-based Relationship Manager and former client, along with Leigh Anne Lankford, TrainingPros’ President and former consultant. Their presence not only highlighted the company’s dedication to the local community but also facilitated valuable discussions about the future of learning and development in an increasingly dynamic professional landscape.

This year, Chenier and Leigh Anne met with many of our consultants in the Dallas area that are already working with TrainingPros’ clients, but we also met new instructional design consultants, learning experience designers, facilitators, trainers, virtual classroom producers, OD consultants, change management consultants, and coaches. 

The summit featured keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities designed to equip attendees with the tools and insights needed to excel in their roles. By participating in this event, TrainingPros has reaffirmed its position as a dedicated partner in the professional development journey of L&D leaders, contributing to the enhancement of skills within the industry.

In addition to sponsoring the summit, TrainingPros is actively involved with the local ATD (Association for Talent Development) Dallas chapter.
